Spoke to my lawyer last week whilst in Spain, he contacted the developer and was told, the development is still not complete and therefore mains will not be connected yet. However, they expect this to happen soon!
I understand that the first licence of Habitacion has been issued to some of the apartments in Manilva Heights next to us. Lets hope when they receive th fiinal payments from those moving in, they will use some of it to complete our development?
