Spanish Law On Disabled Access To Communal Swimming Pools

What a nice change to have Good new adminstrators, in the form of "GAEMU, S.L.

I had received reminders from them saying I hadn't paid my community charges, knowing that I had, I faxed over details of the bank transfers and today to my surprise, I had a fax back confiming receipt of my payments and apologies.

It would therefore appear we now have someone in charge who know what they are doing. Also nice to know they are chasing for non payment.

I think we can all take comfort from from this. Thanks to Justin and others who chose them.

Does anybody know what the present state of the community's finances are and whether over-due community charges have been collected?  I seem to recall that there was a plan to buy some poolside furniture but the financial situation didn't permit it.  Hugo
