Ballester will rent all Condos left of Jardines de Altea Hills as a Hotel, the new name is:
(Complejo Jardines de Altea Hills) The most of those Condos are furnished and ready to rent.
My Wife and I started already a process against this matter. If Jardines is converted in an Aparthotel, the price of all
our units will fall more than 40%.
