we are just back from a quick visit to Jardines.
Neither John nor I can attend the meeting but I have faxed a fellow owner,the administrator and two other ballester employees with the points I want raised.Not least the use of the main security gates.
Whilst out there we met a permanent resident who is very willing to stand as 'presidente' for Jardines.Both John and I were very impressed with his enthusiasm for the apartments and their future care etc.He has already sorted various things out for us all such as time switches and lighting etc.He is English but speaks good Spanish.
We have given him a proxy vote in case this is being decided at the meeting.If others want his email address please pm me and I will let you have it.I dont feel I can post it directly onto this site.He is happy to be contacted.
