Did anyone see the Paradise Lost Show on ITV tonight, I think the guys name on the programme, a resident of the complex, was Dave Busby, who spoke about the Financial Mess he was in, very disturbing?

No, sadly not. I'm guessing only buyers who have been out with ov will have recognised it as Manilva Beach though it was mentioned at the auction but not the developer or agent. Sadly, the gentleman concerned didnt sell his apartment at the auction with there being no interest even at 90k!  He handed keys back to the bank and walked away - very sad

sadly the programme had no teeth. We need a similar one naming and shaming everyone from the dodgy agents through to dodgy councils, lawyers, developers and even judges. Anyone looking in would have no idea what's really been going on!

Does anyone remember, Glyn, a Rep with O_P, Welsh, wore a "bum freezer" leather jacket, I think he had "invested" in at least 2 properties, on the Complex, a legend is his own mind. No doubt he has "flipped" them and made a huge profit, I don't think. More business for Inez?
