We have used Nicky and Karl from Andalucian Lifestyle as rental agents for our two Manilva Beach apartments. Although everything started well, we are now having a great deal of trouble contacting them.

Our long term rentals on both are due to expire shortly and we want to ensure everything is ok for the holiday lettings we already have booked.

As we are unable to get out to Spain until late May, I would be grateful if there is anyone out there now, or who intend to visit shortly who could see if either of our apartments are still occupied!

These are just some of the contact details for this thieving, cheating, cowardly liar we had to leave a message on the 020 number and all of his emails before we got a reply.

You will probably find that someone is in your apartment, but he wont tell you that there is, and when you come to the time when you dont require his services any more because they are very unprofessional you see what happens then, he will tell you that he has posted your keys on to you or your new agent, (Suggest someone collects them for you ) he will keep promising to pay you the outstanding balance of your rental income, If it is a long term let he will also keep the money for the utility bills and tell you the tenant didnt pay them.

In the end you will probably have to do what we did. Threaten him with legal action, Then he pays you what he owes you the next day.
