Casa Concierge

Hi, a friend of mine has asked me to check on her apartment at Manilva Beach and to collect the key from a company called Casa Concierge.  I have not been able to make telephone contact via the numbers  a Google Search came up with.  Does anyone have any up to date contact info on this company?

good luck, these guys are mostly ex oceanview employees, and I have only had dealings with one of them and they screwed me for €700,

not too say they screw everybody, but my tuppence worth is find someone else

yes i've heard that the casa company is run by ex ovp staff.

i will be finding a company i can trust to run my rentals, there are many on the costa del sol that have been going for years.

just do your research!

I'd recommend clubbing together on this one as much as possible. If you approach online rental companies such as medhotels.com and holidaybrokers.co.uk you may be able to get them to take the development onto their books. This is what a few good friends of mine have done with their respective communities. You will end up having to maintain a site office (which doesn't cost very much in the long run) so that people can get their keys and things, but the online retailers shift massive amounts of rentals and will get you a decent return.

Alternatively you could use a rental company in the area, which will probably not get as many rentals but the weekly income will be higher when you do.

on the subject would be STAY WELL AWAY

At the risk of upesetting Kim or TrickyDick (a risk I am willing to take)....... Stay clear of this crowd and use a company that has been around for a decent amount of time and can supply refs and take them up.... sorry all (except TrickyDick)..... wonder who/what can have made me so cynical...!!!!

I am the community representative on Manilva Beach Phase 1. I know the situation and everything that goes on with all of these agents. I don't want to get involved in horror stories or anything, but...

If you want a truly reputable agent for management of your place, and obtaining long term tenants, PM me off line and I will supply you details. This guy lives on site and is honest / completely trustworthy and does not charge the earth by any means.
