Hi- I was unable to attend the meeting last week - can anyone who did attend possibly put some notes here as to what was discussed at the meeting  please ?  Also how much this years community fees will be and  was there any progress on a shortcut to Phase 1/the clubhouse ? Many thanks - Cathy.
