construction stage at M7 el pinet

Hello All

We are new to this forum but have been following closely. We are based in the uk and are caught up in the san jose mess. Just wondering if anyone has any photo's or info of latest stage in works for plot 20 M7, as not even sure if any construction has taken place yet for our plot.

Work has restarted at El Pinet to the roads, drainage system etc. not the properties yet

As Chrissie say's I will be out there in a few weeks time and i will post any progress i find

Hi Far,

The blog site you mentioned hasn't been update since 25th Jan and this was about the meeting. I understand the drainage work (JOST) has started up on the N332A.

Has the work started on the the "Residence", this I would imagine be down to JOST for SJ.

Thank you Far and Chrissie 1 for responding. We are in process of arranging to go over to site but wont be for couple of weeks or so. We think 9_palms is wanting same info as us ie; work stage on the apartments. Will let you know when we go over, perhaps we can meet up.

Wonder if anyone knows any residents on El Pinet who would post any news or photo's at M7 plot 20.

The only information i have at the moment is that yes the workers JOST are back

They are doing the wastage system etc this will take approx 1 month

After this they do the roads, lighting, estimated time 3 months

Apparently this will enable the people living there to get their LFO, estimated time May/June 09

There is still no mention of finishing the houses, apartments even though i was told by Almudena's replacement manager while she was on maternity leave that the houses were being started again Feb 09, but then again i have never been told much truth in the last nearly 5 years  so why break with tradition!!

Who know's, it's anyone's guess really, i think there is a long way to go yet and the rumour of properties there already with mortgages on them is worrying and will need further investigation
