Hi all,
San Jose Inversiones filed last friday its "voluntary bankruptcy" in the Mercantile Courts in Alicante (as published by "Informacion" newspaper).
All those with credits against this company should be aware that it is very important now to find an experienced Solicitor in bankruptcies and property, in order to defend your credit inside the bankruptcy process.
We are currently joining different creditors and assuming their representation, as the more we are, the stronger we become. Most of them are buyers of the project in Jumilla that can now see how their savings may be in high risk.
Please feel free to contact us for a free first legal advice.

There has been much useful information from the lawyers regarding Santa Ana which is great for those concerned. Indeed Plus Advisors did a great post with lots of useful information in it but at the end they said the situation regarding El Pinet is further complicated. Can they now post some detailed information regarding El Pinet. The last known information came before they declared administration. This was that the court case was won and that the site would be finished. There are many houses that have been finished but have yet to get their LFO. It is understood that they and other builders would like to build further properties and there is the issue of the unfinished flats at the back that many people have paid deposits for but have yet to be finished. When I was there recently some people had asked to transfer to El Pinet and had been told that there were no properties or had been asked to pay alot more than at Santa Ana. As said before a detailed update would be welcome. I tried to send a private message to Abolex and Plus Advisors but because I am new I was not allowed to.

Hi Southern Girl
Have you found anything out yet? I've an apartment that is finished and we've been using it for 2 years. The obvious concern is to the feesibility of the development being completed. There appears to be alot of activity concerning the development in Jumilla but very little information about our site. Did you get any feedback from the lawyers you were trying to contact?

I have an apartment in El Pinet and am worried about all this news, if you have a place already built (for past 2 years) what is the future for the site? Will it ever get finished and what do we need to do to find out the position of people living there?
Someone was there last week and spoke with someone in the show room who said everything was fine and building permission had been granted. Mixed messages?
Anyone know?
Thanks

Dear Ricer,
being the place built, I would think it will be eventually be handed over to you, as this is a way to reduce credits, obtain income and therefore pay other creditors.
If you p.m. me your full name, I can look in the creditor's list to see if you are there and for what amount.
For the moment I can only access the list of "Herrada del Tollo SL", not the one for "San Jose Inversiones SL".
Kind regards,
