I know of other people that this has happened, even with bank guarantee, the usual scenario being that they eventually get to court, win their case and "somehow" which does not make sense san jose are allowed to appeal!
I dont know anyone who has got their money back, all i know is the extra large costs incurred trying to get it back and while it hurts a lot that san jose have over 55000 sterling of our money for over 4 years now and still no property to show for it, i for one am not going down that route!
Surely the lawyers know the way this all turns out but just keep getting richer regardless
Are there any lawyers that can be trusted? You know who you are so it would be nice to hear from you, i appeal to any lawyer who has actually received all monies back for their client to get in touch, let us have proof, i have in the past appealed to people who got their money back to come forward and let us know, i am still waiting.
I have a friend who purchased a villa of plan through a different company, the villa was not ready in time and my friend asked for his money back, a short while later the money was in his bank account with no problems along the way. The difference here of course was that everything was above board and legal!
