The reason the lifts don't work is because we are still on developers electricity which isn't powerful enough to run the lifts.

Sevillana have been here connecting the electricity so we should be fully connected (with lifts runing) this month....fingers crossed!

Justin

If they are not connected I can see myself spending all of the 2 weeks in the appartment :-(

So here is hoping.

Best wishes

I suppose that means that we'll have to start paying for our electricity.  Justin, do you know whether the electricity supply people need to enter the apartments in order to connect or is simply a matter of registering with them?  Hugo

P.S. Compliments on the new format.

i thought the lifts would not be in use until a phone line was in place as how would you contact anyone if the lift broke down and you were stuck in it?

Hugo, I'm not sure if they would need access but I would think not as all the meters are outside.

The developer will install a mobile phone for the lifts once we are connected to mains electricity.
