Hi everyone,
Have just got back fro Spain this afternoon,having had meetings with Pilar,and my solicitor(Anabel at PSI)
We both feel alot better,in the fact that both Pilar and Anabel,are around 99% certain that all is going to be ok.The report from the auditors is due out in about 40days time,and it is then that we will find out 100% if the project is going to go ahead.All of the rumours in Spain,amongst the Spanish buyers,is that it is going to go ahead.
What Pilar and Anabel did stress,was that to make sure that your name is on the list of creditors,just in case,and Im pleased to say that ours was.Everybodys solicitor should have a list,and they are quite willing to show it to you.All the talk about having to pay solicitors up front to represent you,in my opinion is poppy cock,as we have both known anabel for a while and she hasnt asked us for any money,of course we will use her if and its only a big if,we have to.
We visited Jumilla,and work men are still at work there,and since we last visited the site(January)there seems to be a bit of progress.
If anybody else has any more news,please let us know

Hi Kraipet,
Excellent feed back. I am sending you this as a PM to let you know that we approached San Jose yesterday as SARC and got a remarkable reply. We asked if we could put it on the SARC website but were told we can tell people in our own words but it is a private email..........
We asked for general compensation for all purchasers for the delay and said if offered it would make purchasers feel better.
Reply was  that the Director of SADM developement asked the administrators about this and they said that when they have the completion date they will offer us new contracts and the compensation will be included but until then they can not talk about it.
Brian and I think that is very interesting and we are working on the phrasing to put it on the SARC site. We are keeping the private email as proof of where we got the information from so that we have proof of source of the information.

Are you on the real planet? The spanish must think you are mad!! the company is in administration may quite possibly go into liquidation the top guy is facing criminal charges and you are writing asking for compensation when your properties get built. Has it sunk in yet that you may possibly loose most if not l your deposits and the likelihood of completion is at present slim. Talk about head in the sand.

Its a reassuring post, as most meetings and feedback are from San Jose meetings on here.  I really want to believe they are very sincere, professional and honest people and they have good relationships with customers.

I then stop and think......how many people post on here......i probably see about a dozen.

They have thousands of customers.  I can only quote my experience which is.

No-one returns my calls, no one returns my e mails, now one wrote to me to say there was an administration process, the directors agreed to return our deposit in June...on a Pagare (IOU)..then changed it to July on an IOU.

Then they went quiet and went into administration, then they have failed to place our name on the creditors list.

Its a downward spiral from my perspective.....sorry

Just to let you all know
 I have had exactly the same response as kraipet from SJ & PSI 2 weeks ago, I have also spoken to Eva and her colleagues today downstairs in the offices and they are very hopeful things will be OK all their files are in an orderly queue at the back of the offices , and there are 2 "new faces" in the office.

On a lighter note each apto here has a key to the SJ complex next to us to use the pool, the community changed the locks on sunday and told only those living on the  complex  it only came to light yesterday when we got locked in. Thought i was going to have to sleep by the pool on my sunbed !!!!!
