I am having exactly the same problem with endesa on line.  I have not received a paper bill for about two years.  I have been trying to register in line and I think I have done this.  Even after several weeks I just get a message saying 'the user is pending activation'.  When I try to activate I simply get the 'oops there is a problem' message.  They do take the money direct from my Spanish account but it would be nice to check the bill.  Any suggestions?

I have often wondered how the authorities keep track of the number of days spent out of the uk. No one seems to check passports when you go into Spain or leave Spain. As long as you wave it to the man on the way through they don't seem that bothered. Also what happens if for example you spend six months in Spain and lets say six weeks on holiday somewhere else, do they count the time spent elsewhere whilst on holiday.

Our community has just had its AGM. During the various items and votes which were taken we were informed by our Administrator that only those present at the meeting had a valid vote. All those people not present who had left valid proxy votes were excluded from the final count. Our Administrator informed the meeting that proxy votes were only taken into account if there was a draw at the meeting.  Surely this can not be correct. Perhaps some members of Eye on Spain or maybe Maria could advise. Thanks.

best bet is to go to sunday market in sabinillas and buy an empty one and then take it to a petrol station and swap it for a full one.  prob cost 10 euros to buy it and 10 euros to swap for a full one. we went down the licence route and getting one delivered and getting a licence was a nightmare and an absolute joke. by the time we had the bbq up and running my burgers were well and truly off.
