 Most of the properties we have been looking at seem to state "awaiting papers" ect. From what i can gather a lot of properties in camposol do not have there escuritas due to massa not completing the work competely  but we have been advised by estate agents there that they are now back on site? completing work? Could someone please advise me more regarding the deeds, will they become avaliable at some point? and is there a genuine risk that the property could be taken off us even if we brought it from someone else? thanks in advance for any replies, john.

It is so nice to hear positive comments. Searching the web for info all you seem to get is negativity, usualy from non residents! 

We will be purchasing the property without escurita, and hope that once massa have finished the area (hopefuly in the near future!) 

we will be able to buy then.  as i explained earlier we will be living in the property ourselves , so dont mind playing the waiting game. From pictures ive seen the area looks beautiful, and we are looking forward to enjoying the lifestyle you are lucky enough to be enjoying,

thank you for your reply....

 I am fairly certain its d23 but will confirm, as for us, iam in my forties and my wife in the fifties! We love going for nice walks (we have an old english sheepdog) pub quiz and karaoke, and enjoy general socialising , having worked 6 and 7 day weeks we are after sunshine and relaxation. We have our own transport and are looking forward to exploring spain,

 I am new to this website having read through the threads, im hoping to get some honest advice from home owners on camposol.My wife and I are looking to purchase a property  on d sector of camposol, we are looking to move to camposol before christmas and have a property in mind, however i have now read of possible flooding on d sector? and that the deeds may never be avaliable for these properties? we dont mind playing the waiting game for deeds as it will be our home hopefuly for years to come, not an investment as such...but as we have no family or friends on camposol we would be very grateful for any advice or helpful links for information. thank you in advance for any help and advice you may offer , good people of camposol!

 re this thread , my wife and i are looking and purchasing a property on d23 and having read your comments on "water running past" we are now quite worried..i would be grateful if someone could please advise if this is a bad idea? the problem is we are here in england and its almost impossible to get honest answers as to the situation on camposol..as we have no contacts there. we want to move to camposol to retire so it would be our home rather than an investment. thank you in advance to anyone that actualy lives on camposol who may be able to advise us.
