 Hi everyone,
 I am new to this site and is from Toronto. I am here for last  3 years and is now planning to buy a Condo. Some of my seniors said that renting is far better than owning a new house. 
 Which one do you guys prefer if you have a fair credit score? I need advice from Candian members, please help me.
