We had lunch in a restaurant in Alicante on Sunday which was a seafood pasta, clams, prawns etc. My husband became very sick with food poisoning. We telephoned the restaurant and they simply said what do you want us to do about it. Is there a formal way of complaining. As would not wish this on anyone else...

We signed with the notary 12 months ago today. We held back around 10.500 euros as various works had not been completed.There was an anex to the deed's that all work would be compled by last November. None of the works have been completed. The notary returned the funds to us after 6 months. Can we get the work done and deduct the cost's from the builder retention?. Or in fact after all this time do we have to pay him.
