In January I had a 1.9m dish and box fitted, it was fine for a week then I started to loose channels, I called the original company twice to say I was not getting some channels including itv1 ! They could not have cared less and did not want to know. Luckily someone recommended A Satellite guy to me called John who did this for a living in the UK, he came to my house and re-aligned the dish and microtuned the box and hey-presto I have my TV back, charged just 25€. I have been to Alhambra a few times now and it is great. Last time had the pork for 8.50€ it was spot in. The grill chef is argentinian who I have met before he worked there at another restaurant where the steaks were very tasty !

A new restaurant called Campbells has opened in Roda just outside Los Alcazares. You can´t miss it it is right by the traffic lights. The menu is great with something for everyone, the shoulder of lamb is awesome (my dog enjoys the shoulder bone afer !). I have eaten there 3 times now and taken friends and family and all agree it is top notch. I think it is non smoking which will please some people, the separate bar is cosy and like the food is not overpriced. Tel 696096042.

Just started using the Rose & Thistle after stumbling by it at Christmas, family run pub that also does food, pool table and large tv. A good sign is the spanish use it for a drink and tapas so not overpriced ! It is in San Cayetano 968 580 690 just off the C3319 Murcia motorway.
