Searches show this is a DORMANT COMPANY but the message on the website says

ALL A BIT IFFY TO ME.  ARE THEY SCAMMY PEOPLE AGAIN  ????

You might want to get in touch with Michael Davies, Lawyer in the Commercial Centre in Mojacar.  He has a pretty good track record on illegal/stalled builds.  He will be familiar with Clover Estates/Procoal.  You have a lot to gain.

I am looking to fully equip and furnish 2 properties.

2 bedroom Apartment and 3 bedroom Villa.  To include everything from cutlery to patio furniture.  I am on a budget and do not really want very dark furniture.

Will be in Murcia/Almeria towards the end of June and could collect then.  Please email details of what you have available.  Prefer to use only one or two sources for entire lots.

Must be pristine condition.
