I know that this post is old but thought it might be beneficial to some.

Karen & David formerly of MED Aesthetics Playaflamenca have just opened a new hair dressing studio at The Beauty & Wellness Centre in Quesada. I can highly recommend them - they have done both colouring and restyling for me and I am very pleased with the results.

This is my understanding unless your community statute says otherwise...

Unanimity is only required for the validity of those resolutions, which involve approval or modification of the rules contained in the charter of constitution, or the Community statutes.

I think the prices will continue to fall - by about another 10% over the next year or two. As the recession bites further and more people are forced to sell this will drive the prices slightly lower.

We are currently renting at the moment but we want to buy. However we are aware that this will be our last purchase and want to get it right. That includes getting it at the right price.
