I got my car registered by patrick vine. I cost alot less than expected as he advised me too get the lights changed at a breakers yard. Why do so many people take the risk?

I have got my energy certificate now Ive been told I will need an second habitaion licience because the first one is no longer valid, aparently I need to get a crchitect to make new plans for my flat and submit it to the Ayuntamiento. This sounds all a bit expensive and Im not realy sure if it is realy needed.

Now that Ive got my Spanish licence, is it possable to get a international licence so I can drive outside the EU without any problems?

Ive just got my EPC certificate on one of my apartments, 140€ with civil responsibility certificate. Quite pleased with the service.
