Hi all

i have been in cotact the last couple of months with GM and Atlas and been informing them i will not complete without the necessery paperwork ie Habitation certs and the the likes indeed i told them my mortgage company would not complete without them, they phoned me on friday to say they now have the Habitation certs and want me to complete, our villa is on phase M15/21 has anybody else had this confirmation? or are they blagging? i have asked Atlas to look into things but i might as well ask my 8 year old daughter for all the use they have been.

I have just had notification from our agents Mercers that the Habitation Certificates for M14, M15 and M16 have been issued.

I queried this with our solicitor who confirmed that for our property at least on M14 this was the case and she emailed me a copy to prove it.

Thanks for that i now  have a copy as well i am sending this to my solicitor to verify it not that i dont trust GM or Atlas you understand, ha ha ha
