smoking banned inside at end of the year!

hi have purchased penthouse in marina dona julia from the eve marina group. the project has come to a halt and completion times ,now not certain. does anyone there know anything about this development as we are getting worried that something is wrong . Can we get our deposits back from this group/

We also have a deposit for an appartment at Marina. Yes, the developpers have a bank garantee and you should get your money back. Speak to your solicitor.

I hear they have now restarted Blocks 1 to 3 and these should be finished soon. Unfortunately, there is no indication when they may restart Blocks 4 to 6, where we are supposed to be. I can cancel from this month but not sure what to do. I am sure they will reduce the price to stop us cancelling but there is no guarantee they will finish by any time.

?how did you find out they have re-started work? I was there early July and it looked completely abandoned.

My lawyer told me. One of her colleagues passed by a couple of weeks ago.

Our lawyer told us (before I visited in July) that the company had already applied for the licence of first occupancy!!! and when I requested info about townhall so I could confirm myself, it came with ooops! they have not applied yet but they are about to!?.  When I visited in July, no-one knew when they would continue, if they would continue or who would continue with the project, at least in the near future. I was lead to believe that perhaps the bank would take over the finishing of the project but no idea when that would happen. We have asked our lawyer to activate the bank garantee. Regards.
