Some are already occupied. We have one in block 10 and were told it would be complete around Jan-Feb. I would expect Mar/Apr and then the whole area needs to be cleared for residency.

Thanks Sandra (faliraki, I can't reply directly as I cannot see your email address)
Just received your mail saying 9G not available until September 2007. I
have also mailed Palmera and am awaiting a response about block 10. We
actually don't mind how long it takes to complete, as long as they do
complete, and we get some honest information from those in the know.
Appreciate any information anybody else uncovers.

Hi Everyone,
We are in Block 6 and we have had an e-mail from our solicitors yesterday saying that the signing of the deeds will take place from first half of March onwards.
I'm sending an e-mail off to him today to check out various questions that we have , but I will try and pin him down on when completion will happen and will let you know.
Does anybody have any up to date photos as we haven't been out there for 2 years !

Hi all help please.
Block 8 does anyone have an expected completion yet? Also we thought we had brought a one bed (39m) but are being told it's a studio. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know if the studio has a separate bedroom ? Am going over on 25th Feb so will report on here soon after.

I was told verbally by Palmera Properties that blocks 8, 9 & 10 were all to be completed around June/July 2007. I am not sure about the beds in the Studio's, but I have pasted a section from the Palmera web page which seems to show your size apartment having 1 bedroom.

Hi and thanks for the news. We are flying over next weekend so hope to confirm the June/July competion. Will take some new pic's and will up load no my return. I have now had Palmera send me the plans of ours so that helped clear things up.
Thanks Again, if anyone wants me to ask any specific questions/take pic's of specific blocks while there next week let me know
