I have been dealing with Conzeta for well over 2 years and they are a dreadful company to deal with. If you are thinking about buying a property from them, I would think again. They promise the earth and deliver very little. I never get through the person I need to speak to when I ring and they never return any e mails or phone calls.
When I first agreed to buy my villa from them, they very sneakily sent me a contract to sign which showed the swimming pool in a completely different position to that agreed, with no explanation. Just before completion I was asked to sign for a retaining wall that they had built at the front of my villa. The cost was 27,000 euros and was something that I had not agreed to. In the end I had to pay 50% of the bill in order to move on. As usual in Spain they completed 6 months after the initial date and I have just found out that they have not built the foundations correctly and my property is sinking and at this moment in time they are refusing to admit that there is a problem, despite me having a survey from an independent surveyor.
Avoid this company at all cost!!!
