tax on rental income

HI ALL

We were at the site last week and thought you would be intrested to know  there ar people now living in blocks 1 and 2 we spoke to a guy that had just moved into block 1 he informed us the pool will not be open untill end of may /june it needs to be cleaned out and refilled .

however the area around it has been tended and is looking good   the golf green is being tended but as yet its not open for   playing.

we are moving into our apartment  on april 1 and after spending an hour looking it over last week we  found  it     perfect  apart  from some flaking paint on patio.      were it looks like it had been painted before the rendering had dried out.

all doors and  frames fitted perfect including draws and cupbords in kitchen  cooker and fridge working we were unable to test dishwasher and washing machine or bathrooms for leaking as there was no running water in tank   we didnt     have the tools to   fully  turn   on  stop   cork, but could hear water in the input pipe

the outside and  inside       has been repainted  since we last saw it and the sloppy cement work on patio redone

we will still be having a snaggin done to be on the safe side but as far as we can see its all fine .      were told by sales office staff the lifts will not be in use untill the elextrics are on a proper supply as at the moment its builders supply

It’s good news that completion seems to be starting on Phase 4.

We have installed the communal system on Phase 3 and are planning to install a similar system in Phase 4.

The good thing about installing communal systems is that you only need one large dish on the roof that will supply 32 apartments per block, thus keeping the roofs from looking like dish city. Also the price per apartment is less than individual dishes.

Ideally each block will only need 2 dishes, one large one for the English and one smaller one for the Spanish.

We are at present talking with both the administrators and Gerens for the normal authorisations.

Paul from Exclusive Satellites did our installation when we moved into Phase 3, Bloque 1 and he was brilliant and very reasonable.
