Rather than worrying about what might be going wrong, I'm planning to visit the development in the next few weeks and just wondered if anyone else is going over.....perhaps I could time our visit so we could meet up.
I've more or less decided to get our own aircon and furniture and look for a letting agent rather than use OVP Travel. I'm planning on visiting a few letting agents, a solicitor and obviously the site. I'm going to post a message on the Manilva Beach forum to book accomodation there once I've booked my flights, and at least I'll get to see how their development is working.
In my opinion its far too late to back out of this, or dither about whether we made the right decision to buy - my only option is to absolutely make this work.
Would love to meet up with some other positive, determined people while we're there so either PM or reply to this thread.
