it started 2 summers ago, misled ect over an apartment on princess park, i ended up buying one, i should have known better but no crying over spilt milk
so, last summer i took the keys from the agent who did me such a "great deal" but decided not to bother doing anything because of the work going on next door
& the general "scruffiness" of the complex, i just shut the door & left it, mortgage has been paid but i needed to transfer some more money over so i thought i would
come over & have another look, building work on the hill next door stopped (as per the threads) which is great as i am in block 9b & the complex looked a lot more
tidier than last summer (i even saw 2 young ladies doing communal cleaning in the stairwells etc) so i now plan to make the appartment a home
so i would greatly appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction on the following
i need someone to snag / check everything is working (electrical appliances, air con etc) & handle any problems that may arise from this
i need to get the electric on (it was on last summer but not now)
i need a full "industrial" clean
i need satelite / sky tv installed
i need to fid out what my allocated parking space is in the underground car park
on a general note , i noticed yesterday when i came over that the security gates are permantly open ????, the development seems to have settled down a lot since i first saw it over 2 years ago & there appeared to be a good percentage of residents living permantly on the complex judging by the number of lights etc on last night
so , if anyone can help / advise or wants the job then please let me know
