We're just completing on a 3 bed ground floor apartment here but are stalling a planned move to Spain for at least another 12 months due to business commitments therefore our lovely new home is unoccupied... shame
Not interested in holiday-type lets as that was never the plan. However we'd consider a long-term let (max 12 months) which might suit a family waiting for their own home to complete or maybe someone who wants to "try before they buy" as they source their own property.
For those that don't know, Benejuzar is a traditional spanish town located midway between Guardamar and Orihuela and about a 20 min drive from the Guardamar beaches.
