All things (furniture etc) to do with moving in .. websites

I have just returned from spain and saw that progress is being made with respect to the building works. The render on the outside is receiving the first coats of paint.

Although there seems to be a lot of activity, I think recent estimates of 6 months completion is probably about correct or possibly even longer.

Hi there, I recently purchased a property @ this development, I was out there in October 06', it looks like its in the final stages of completion, the foreman personally told me that he was confident it would be January 07' no longer, this is very realistic, but only on the basis that the developer is organised and sub-contractors have been paid up, if he isn't who knows when it could be finished.

It's in their interest to finish asap, the longer it goes on the more money it costs them, and there is not alot of work to do in the apartments to get them to completion.

Can anybody tell me when they started the project, has anybody got a name and number of the developer.....................

I have two apartments in this block and plan to sell one if anyone is interested or knows someone interested.

Just been told by the solicitor that the flats are almost complete but no firm date yet.

On the other hand, my estate agent says they are making good progress but does not think it will be ready till the summer as they are still doing some building work and will have to finish this before they apply for the occupation licence.

So who knows?

I have received an email from my solicitor saying the work is almost complete. We are going to ring her on Monday to see if she has any dates etc
