Yes we completed couple of weeks ago only had very minor snags.

We are going out 23 April to stay for first time so fingers crossed all ok. Its been a long time coming. Didnt think we would ever see this day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean about the colour!!!!!!!

We reported the pool not finished  & were advised it would not be finished until June/July.

Inside our property we snagged & didnt have many complaints.

 

Have you completed yet?

We were over in November & managed to get inside our apartment, the finish is very good & the whole complex is very nice. Some things still needed finishing a wall had fallen near the pool but they were there repairing it. Some of the apartments were being lived in when we were there, but from what we understood the habitation licence had not been granted at that time but is now. I do not know of any contacts to sell the apartment.

We have been informed that the Habitation Licence is the only thing outstanding. Has anybody viewed the inside & if so how did they gain access?. Has anybody been given a date when they can complete?
