We absolutely love our place on phase 3, the build itself seems to be of good quality, and the finish is excellent, the tiling throughout blends well with all the surroundings, all the rooms are spacious, the laquered finish on the interior doors looks nice.
Nicely fitted kitchen and worktops with lots of working space, nice and easy to clean !
It seems to represent very good value for money ( time will tell ) it's early days yet, based on as it stands at the moment, we are very pleased and give it 10/10
La Aparecida is a lovely village with lovely people, I only hope that it can retain it's character and does not get overdeveloped.
we had looked for several years all around the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida for a property, but one thing is for sure, it was worth the wait !!!
