We are lookng to rent out our apartment for a limited number of weeks per year, is anyone contemplating doing the same or is anyone doing this already. I aminterested in finding out the process you used to do so. We are still waiting for completion of phase 3 as we have a penthouse on it. At the moment we have 2 weeks in July, but cannot pan anything else until we know when it will be ready.
