completion what then??????

Finally at long last we should complete in early September but what happens then? Is there an information pack from the community advising do's and don'ts? How do we get our key to the pool? Do we have a committee and a president and if so who is he/she?

I'm sure everyone is thinking you'll be much too busy to even consider having a swim but you never know?   

 Do we get copies of early minutes to bring us up to speed?

There is no  community info pack, the do's & dont's you just get by word of mouth. You get your key for the pool from the president who lives on phase 1 and is called Juan.

 The minutes, you get from meeting that you attend after you complete, but there are plenty of people  that will tell you what has gone on from previous meetings.
