Hi there,
We are due to complete in a couple of weeks (19th October) on our property at La Herrada.
Our agent has now told us that there may be a delay as we have to wait fo the certificate of habitation to be issued before we can complete at the notary.
Does anone know how long the town hall takes to issue such a certificate or has anone been in the same boat! We don't want to lose our flights but may have to change them if it is going to be a long drawn out process!
