This is just something we would like other owners of condado de sierra blanca to know.

The exterior of the apartments all have to be the same under spainish law, you can not modify the exterior of the properties.  In the A portal the last floor atic did not follow those rules, but as I was told it was bought by a friend of prosavi owner. There is another in the H portal.

These changes make the community  devaluate the properties and also make it look terrible. We are told that all plants have to be the same we in our terraces ... we are also tod that we should have the same colors if we decide to put something in the terrace...... but yet this persona can do what he wants because they are friends with prosavi........ They totally changed the exterior of the apartment and by law in spain that is not possible.... There are there apartments that have done this... If everyone were to do what they want, these apartments it would be crazy.

If they had enough money to buy an atic... then why did they not buy a house where they can construct it any way they want, it does not make sense.

In a community you have limitations, they live in a comunity, they have to consult these things and not do what they want.... being friends with prosavi does not mean anything.

To  Mike who posted a message on 28th August asking if anybody had had experiences with Prosavi and should he buy at Medina de Banus.

From our experience at Condado de Sierra Blanca I would say NO.  Prosavi promise the earth when they are selling but do not keep to their promises.  They allow anybody who has purchsed an apartment from them to do anything after they have paid and they can even make their apartment into a house if they wish.  Take a view at Bloque A in Condado de Sierra Blanca where the owner who is a friend of Prosavi has built almost a house on his penthouse.  Also, Their after sales is very poor - they try not to do anything if they can get away with it.

Also, they   try to manipulate the new community to suite themselves and their own pockets.  They make sure that they appoint a president and administrator who will be their puppett and only look after their pockets and not the interests of the owners who have paid all the money for their appartments.  They try to block anybody who is fair and honest and who has only the good of the community at heart.

There are many unhappy owners at Condado all because of the way Prosavi treat them.

Hi. I'm Brian. I have looking for property in Spain and I am being offered a property in Condado Sierra Blanca. I was surprised at the price. I know it's being inflated to allow for a specific mortgage arrangment, but I was told it was inflated by about 10%. 2 bedroom apartment for just short of €1 million? Even allowing for some inflation in the valuation, is this really the value of properties in this area? Apologies for my ignorance. I don't know the area at all.

Hi there

I understand that there are two apartments at ground level still available in this development, i have been advised that it is a very well finished and located property and therefore i am considering buying, however, i must admit to being somewhat concerned by the comments i am reading. Can anyone advise?

Regards
