I purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in block 12 for £76,000 on the 23/11/2002 through spg Blackpool. After no progress and one too many excuses and denials I decided to get out and they offered the £21,500 I had already paid back. I requested that they give me another 2 bed apartment completed or almost completed for the same price. After months of haggling I decided to take one at Cortijo Torreblanca just behind the proposed AIFOS Torreblanca (my feeling is that it will never be built). I didn't get it for the same price I had to pay £105,000 for it. I had to take the hit or I would be waiting for ever and i'm afraid we've all been had on this one. My advice is ask them for one that is the same spec and completed or just about completed and play hardball with them as they are now desperate to sell or if your totally sickened ask for your money back as the prices on the costa del sol are falling and your more likely to pick up one that is already built without any more heartache!
