Repayment of Deposits

Just to let everyone know ,they have just started to fill the swimming pool with water after spending yesterday cleaning it out.

However, I thought we had to have communidad set up 1st?

Also thought they were not going to fill till grass grown so dust did not blow in - don't suppose we have grass as well do we? And have holes been planted yet?

I hope the water is warm enough for a swim in 3 weeks time. Linda, please top up with a hot kettle evey day to be on the safe side!

Hi all,

Fantastic news about the swimming pool. We are going out on 19th June for one week and can now look forward to a daily swim.  Really  looking forward to seeing everyone again and  also hope to meet some new neighbours. We are counting the days.

The pool is about half full with water at the moment(it takes a long time with just one hosepipe).The plant and shrubs have been delivered and most of them have now been planted.No sign about the grass yet.

Just noticed that they have stopped filling the pool.At present it is half full.The communal area is looking good and the have just sewn some grass seed.

Hi all Los O'S,

I was wondering when the pool would be ready, I understand that we as a community have to get our act together with regard to health and safety and other rules. however the management company should be guiding all this and ensuring its all in place. or am I expecting to much?.

Good news.The main pool is now full and they had put water in the childrens pool but that now seems to have gone.All the garden area has been been set up with plants and shrubs and grass seed sewn all over.

All gone?  Does that mean it has leaked away I wonder.  It sounds good though generally.  Have they finished working on the shower block and the toilets?   Also, what is the odd looking thing sort of two bars at the toilet block end???  It is probably something really obvious but I could not work out what it was.

Once again, it is great to be kept so well infomed!!!

Has anyone noticed if there is an Automatic Central watering System for all these Plants, Trees and Grass ?

 A responsibility for the community in future.

Yes & is set on a timer. The grass is now starting to grow & there is still some more plants to go in. BMS have said the swimming pool will be sorted out in the next week, but don't hold your breath on that one.

Hi All

Any news on the swimming pool?  Is it correct that we can't use it until the community rules are set and that they can't be set until the meeting is called, which can't be called uyntl everyone has moved in.  If this is the case what about the properties not sold?  I am very confused!  Still have heard nothing from Marinsol myself.

Pumps are going today in both pools, but do not know when we can use it yet. Will keep you posted.

Any news on the pool????  It must be tempting for those of you out there who can't use it yet!!!!!!

We in the UK can only sit and dream of it on this most unsettled of  weekends!!

Is there anything we can do to hurry up the administrators or whoever it is we need to organise a meeting?
