masa just phoned me to speak about my inspection visit.

I asked them for an update on the development and they told the following (exact words)

the development is improving greatly. The commercial units are being build as we speak, however when these will be ready to occupy is unknown. how it works in spain is, is it depends on the amount of people in the area at the time, obviously the higher number of people, the greater the need for commercial units.

i then asked if the water and electricity was connected.

reply was:

oh yes. there are people living on the development at the moment. no need to worry about that side of things.

It sounds like Masa are telling you lies. To my knowledge nobody is living on the site, although I know quite a few people who would like to be!!

Be carefull not to get the 2 Masa companies mixed up, Masa International is an sales agent, Grupomasa is the builder.

If you are going for an inspection though, you will love it, the site will be great when it finally completes.

Hi,

It is not true that anyone lives on SG.The water and ecectricity was not connected when I was there on the 12th. The pipe line was still unde construction.The site is not approved for habitation. That agent needs his wrist slapping for telling porkies.
