Info Boulevard. Please help: really a OK place to buy?

Dear members, you must have read questions like this many times, but i do ask for your kind help.

I have been offered a nice, new, 3bed penthouse at Boulevard, good priced also, so i take a plain

and visit location next week.

Ofcourse i have seen that the Boulevard is at entrance side of the urbanisation and there are some

restaurants, so obvious is that everything deeper inside is even more nice/more expensive.

Realising that, here my questions:

-Is this a nice area in the urbanisation to stay also?

  (Don't compare to beachcity, lived there for 5 years)

-Road- and restaurant noises at high floor?

- Seems great value for money,  interested in your expirience..

Properties inside Mar Menor Golf Resort are more expensive than similar proerties on the boulevard. Please take note the boulevard is seperate and independant of Mar Menor Golf Resort. You do not have access to any of the 14 pools that are by the apartments. Every one that has bought there have said they are good value for the money. ( I live in Mar Menor Golf Resort so can not personally comment)) The commercial units are slowly filling up. The apartments were originally designed and built for young Spanish families.
