Apartment Insurance

Just been quoted £193pa for insuring a roda 2 bed flat with £250 excess from a UK company. That includes £150,000 rebuild and contents up to £10K. Is that comparable with what others are paying? cheers richard

We've just broke away from our bank for House and Personal Insurance and gone with Miguel at Liberty Segurios in Los Alcazares.

The price you quote is competitive but there has to be questions as to the level of service that you will get without somebody 'on the ground' fluent in Spanish and English if you have a problem.

The Bank's rates for personal insurance were outrageous and we had great difficulty in getting away from them.

Miguel was very helpfull with this but we did learn a lession to serve paperwork on the bank personally ourselves as well as through the agent.
