Import duties

I have started renting out my apartment in La Reserva on a short term basis (with some success) and I need to find someone on site who can look after changeovers and deal with any problems if and when they arise.  Can anybody recommend a reputable and reliable person on site who does this sort of thing?

We completed on our apartment in Manzana 3 block 7 last December and although we don't rent it out, we have visited on a number of occaisions.  Between visits our laundry, cleaning and anything else we require is dealt with by our friends Nikki & Mike who run Amigos holiday rentals.  They are extremely helpful people who know the development and the site office very well.
