Diy shop

Can anyone advise where the nearest decent sized diy shop is ? I didnt want to have to go to Leroy Merlin in Murcia unless I have to so hoping for some nearer alternatives.

Have already tried the diy shop on Camposol and also the chinese bazaar but looking for something like Leroy Merlin ideally.

there is a good ferretia on the way into mazzaron town on the left and one in the square. otherwise i think it is leroy merlin at murcia or cartegena

Thanks for that....is that on the left when you take a left at the roundabout with the tractor type thing on it ?

'On the left when you take a left at the roundabout with the tractor' (where right takes you to Bolnuevo) gets you to Big Mat and BDB opposite the new Mercadona that opened earlier this year on the Southern edge of Mazarron Town. There's also a good-sized Ferreteria if from the new Mercadona you take a right at the roundabout next to it (as if heading to the Port) and then left at the next roundabout which is not far (heading back into Mazarron Town) and after about 500 yards or so it's on the right.

We went to the Hardware shop on the edge of Mazarron Town, and the ladders we wanted were not only there but cheaper than the chinese shops! I think it's just past the closed down restaurant, but not 100% sure. There's also a huge shop on the way back from the port on the right hand side, but each time we've been in there we haven't got anything!

Well I went to the two by Mercadona and the one further up towards the town....although I found the latter to be the best I still struck out. Looking for a recessed chrome spotlight ceiling fitting but the diy stores here don't seem to carry the same range as your average B&Q....next step I guess is to look for an electrical specialist outlet....but thats a whole new day !

leroy merlin stocks them   , bought 4 last year

Thanks....I thought they might...was just hoping to avoid a trip to Murcia....although considering all the driving round trying to find them locally I may as well have gone to Murcia lol
