Hi Ims   the cost of your broadband is included in your community fees.so there is no charge to set it up  we had ours conected back in April. wi-fi and router fitted in about 15min 

just e-mail a2z with your apartment no and you Nie number and when you or your key holder is available

they will try to sell you a set top box for your tv channels but if you tv has a dvb-c tuner built in you will not need this

Ours is 307 euro per quarter for 2 bed top floor apartment which I think is at the lower end of the charge as it varies depending on the size of apartment and size of plot. Electric standing charge approx 60 euro per 2 months and water standing charge approx 25 euro per quarter. You will also have an annual charge (payable about July) for the equivalent of our council tax, think approx 250 euro last year and an annual 'non resident' income tax (payable about September/October, a year in arrears, so you shouldn't have any to pay this year) approx 260 euro (including solicitors fee for completing and submitting to Spanish tax office).
