Court Appeal Costs for Medina Golf

I was as shocked as everyone else at last years court ruling, but my solicitor told me that there would be an appeal. Does anyone else know the status of the appeal as i'm being asked for another 850 pounds in court costs?

Also, we have a guarantee, but we have been told that NO-ONE in Medina Golf has received a refund. Is this correct, as if not, i want your solicitor details!!

We bought in medina golf, and also had a guarantee. After a 4 year battle, we have won both our initial case and an appeal, and we have just received all of our legal fees and interest. We went with Costaluz lawyers, awful communication, but they do an excellent job where it matters!
