I was as shocked as everyone else at last years court ruling, but my solicitor told me that there would be an appeal. Does anyone else know the status of the appeal as i'm being asked for another 850 pounds in court costs?

Also, we have a guarantee, but we have been told that NO-ONE in Medina Golf has received a refund. Is this correct, as if not, i want your solicitor details!!

Any help would be really appreciated.
