You will find two communal pools in that area, one communal pool is next to Calle Tarragona and the other is on Calle Segovia . Your area is "linked to" the first pool but check with the Rental agent that the owner has provided a key needed to access the pool gates.
Most private houses in the area have own private pools but if you go onto "Google Earth" and find the above streets you will see the pools positioning from the aerial view.
