Hello all,
Las Ramblas Golf Urbanasation is one of those areas that unless you have visited it in person then you can not truely understand or appriciate its location.
Its far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough by to walk to the shops or restaraunts if you want to.
Yes a car is a must in spain due to the heat and all those hills that creap up on you no matter where it is your going.
In my honest opinion after taking 6 months to purchase and 4 visits to alicante and looking at over 40 properties Las Ramblas Golf was by far the best investment I could of made for the simple reason that it has appeal to every need that you could concider to be important in your own life style, UNLESS you are looking for a 24 hour noisy,unsafe,and rowdy place thats full of clubs,drunks and mayhem!
Lets face it these places I speak of can be good to visit but who would want to live there?
They can be fun to visit but home is home and most people enjoy peace and quiet..
