When we bought back in 2008 we took on the builder's mortgage I.e. interest only for 5 years.

This will be up in September this year & I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation & looked at a new deal?

If anyone has any advice, including estimated costs charged, would be appreciated.

 In the same boat. Be very surprised if anyone can beat 75 bips over Euribor on a 25 year term tho (with no fees)

I am with CAM on 1.1 over Euribor and am Happy (really!) with that deal.

Not only will you not get a better deal, there is a good chance you now have negative equity, so a new bank would not be interested in taking on that debt.
