Cardboard boxes.

 If anyone in the community gets cardboard boxes of all shapes and sizes suitable for packing household belongings and items, can they please drop them into us at Calle Albaricoquero 18, many thanks.

MABS  is a charity which is often mentioned in local English language papers and elsewhere here and, like most such organisations, has a use for boxes.

When we arrived with all our worldly goods and chattels in many boxes I had already folded/crushed over sixty of them and carted them to the blue cardboard re-cycling bins before finding out people like MABS had a use for them.

Perhaps a call to removal firms or a man with a van asking them to get any customers arriving in the area to call you or even guide them  towards this notice board.
